Congratulations to Joerg and Ulrike Zawilak on the sale of their Gala model on the golf course in Sun City Festival. I had the pleasure of working with the Zawilak’s who are residents of Germany. I was able to prepare their home for listing, get all of the documents signed electronically and schedule any repairs needed in order to get their home on the market and sold before they arrived for one last visit.
